SEVERE WEATHER EVENT - 15/16 FEBRUARY 2026 - LOWER NORTH ISLAND

As at 6.30am Saturday 18th April, a severe thunderstorm watch is in place for Manawatu, Tararua, Kapiti-Horowhenua, Wairarapa and Wellington until 1pm, bringing the threat of torrential downpours and damaging winds.
